- NEW: Creekside townhouse for $450K. 3 beds, 2.5 bath, remodeled in 2012.
- SOLD: One of just a few Town of Jackson retail liquor licenses. Price undisclosed but was listed for $450K. Will be used at the new hotel being constructed on Cache Street just off Town Square.
