- Never realized how dang attractive people find the Wyoming license plate. Apparently it was voted America’s favorite license plate, and you know it was not on account of our huge population stuffing the ballot box.
- Fun read on one of my go-to lunch spots here in downtown Jackson, Betty Rock Cafe. Loves me some turkey cran pesto.

- NEW: Town of Jackson AR-zoned lot for $475K. Has an older rental property on it. Not many of these left.
- PRICE REDUCED (again): Game Creek Ranch, a 10-acre equestrian center with 22,000-square-foot heated barn and a 4-bed home. Now $1.595 million.
