There is a double shot of Cheney news this morning, including Liz Cheney’s withdrawal from the U.S. Senate race and her father Dick (a Jackson Hole resident) finding himself enduring an anything but good-natured ribbing from one of his most outspoken local critics. And this just in, said critic responds to the news of Liz ending her campaign.

- NEW: Not real estate, but an established eco-friendly baby clothing and accessory business hit the hotsheet at $39,000. Apparently the only place in town that sells cloth diapers.
- NEW: Snake River Lodge & Spa 2-bed, 1,265-square-foot east-facing condo for $975,000.
- Interest rates at Bank of Jackson Hole are unchanged this morning, according T.R. Pierce’s daily email. A conforming 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is 4.5 percent with the prime rate at 3.25 percent and the one-year LIBOR rate at 0.585 percent.
- I will be at Hotel Terra between 2 and 7 pm this afternoon. Might even be an open hotel room or two to show if you are interested, now that the bulk of the holiday crowd has dissipated.
