- NEW: Hoback Junction 3-bed, 1,500-square-foot home on .23 acres, listed by Ellett and Company Inc for $559,000.
- PRICE REDUCED: Park Place condo in mid-Jackson, was $349,000 now $319,000 after 131 days on market, listed by Home Run Realty.

- After a quiet start, and after a few relatively mild summers, wildfire season erupted over the weekend with a large fire in Bondurant and other smaller ones in the surrounding Jackson Hole area.
