• The top real estate story in my office this week is the sale of Jackson Hole Sotheby’s to Jeff and Olivia Hornig, a Minnesota couple that also owns a Sotheby’s franchise there. Welcome, Jeff and Olivia and here’s to a fresh start for the region’s top brokerage!
• NEW: Aspens 1-bed, 735-square-foot end unit with upgrades, list $389,000.
• PENDING: Cottonwood Park 3-bed, 1,536-square-foot home on .2 acres after 82 days on market, list $709,000.
• CLOSED: Teton Mountain Lodge 3-bed, 1,700-square-foot condo after 433 days on market, list $1.75 million.
• CLOSED: Cottonwood Flats 2-bed, 1-car garage townhouse, new modular construction, list $495,000.
• PRICE INCREASE: Teton Village .64-acre building site that is one of just a few remaining lots right on the slopes of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Was $4 million, now $4.495 million.
