• NEW: Trumpeter Swan 1-bed condo in North Jackson built in 1996, list $395,000.
• PENDING: Rivermeadows log home with 5 beds, nearly 5,000 square feet built in 2007, list $1.5 million.
• PENDING: Creekside Village 3-bed, 1,450-square-foot townhouse built in 1990 after 132 days on market, list $498,000.
• SOLD: Wilson Meadows 4-bed, 2,758-square-foot home on .66 acres built in 1999 but completely remodeled in 2015 after 119 days on market, list $1.85 million.
