- NEW: Melody Ranch 4-bed, 2,700-square-foot home on .35 acres, list $1.045 million. `
- NEW: Multi-family lot with a 1-bed, 442-square-foot home and the potential for two additional dwellings near Snow King, list $1.1 million.
- CLOSED: Coincidentally, a pair of Hoback Junction single-family homes on J-W drive just a few doors apart but not related; a 3-bed, 1,571-square-foot home on .23 acres built in 1984 but remodeled in 2015 was listed for $563,000; a 3-bed, 1,600-square-foot home built in 1983 but not updated sold for $440,000.
- CLOSED: Teton Village 1-bed, 804-square-foot condo built in 1972 after 47 days on market for more than the list price of $397,000.

- This story in Ski.Curbed.com says Jackson Hole has the most expensive rent of 10 ski communities, though I think they overstate the median rent on a 1-bed place at $2,000/month.
- “Naked and Afraid” casts Dubois man, who was both of those as well as hungry, tired, wet and cold while participating in this really real reality show. In the nude. In a swamp.
- There is so much to love about this story of the woman who stole $300 from a convenience store in Riverton in her underwear, I’m including it despite having nothing to do with real estate in Jackson Hole. Raises so many questions … (since this story broke the woman was caught, to the surprise of no one)
- Funny, didn’t see any signs of a snowflake at Snow King Mountain when I was there yesterday, nor does the temperature appear about to drop below freezing for an extended period, but apparently they are committed to opening in early November according to FirstTracksOnline.com
- Pete Muldoon nails it when it comes to the conversation about who should build housing with public funds.
