- PRICE REDUCTION: Town of Jackson 3-bed, 2,834-square-foot home built in 1996 after 32 days on market, listed by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services for $1.55 million down from $1.65 million.
- PRICE REDUCTION: Cottonwood Flats 2-bed, 1,108-square-foot townhouse now $10,100 less after 35 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty for $549,900.
- PRICE REDUCTION: Town of Jackson 2-bed, 1,860-square-foot home built in 1946, remodeled in 1997, now $799,950 after 91 days on market, listed by Contour Investment Properties.
- PRICE REDUCTION: Eagle Village 2-bed, 1,284-square-foot has been reduced in price four times since coming on market in March for $625,000, now $539,000. Listed by SK Condo Corp.
- PRICE REDUCTION: Rafter J 3-bed, 1,685-square-foot home built in 1985 on .21 acres is now $874,000, $76,000 less than it came on the market for just 16 days ago. Listed by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
