  • NEW: Gros Ventre North 5-bed, 5,565-square-foot home on 10 acres with 2-bed guesthouse built in 2000, list $4.85 million.
  • PENDING: Wilson home off Fish Creek Road with 4 beds, 2,758 square feet on a little more than a half acre after 102 days on market, list $1.85 million.
  • CLOSED: Town of Jackson 1.23-acre building site on Snow King Mountain after 201 days on market, list $650,000.
  • PRICE INCREASE: Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis 4-bed, 3,925-square-foot home built in 2005 on 1.14 acres after 643 days on market, was $2.25 million now $2.55 million.
