- PENDING: Hidden Ranch 3-bed, 2,148-square-foot home built in 2015 on .31 acres after 12 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates for $1.395 million.
- PRICE INCREASE: Creekside Village 4-bed, 2,020-square-foot townhouse built in 1992 and remodeled in 2016 with 2-car garage, was $799,000 now $850,000 after 174 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty.

- Kudos to Teton County for leading on the employee housing issue by taking responsibility for housing as many of its 400 employees as possible. By determining a particular employer’s “housing neutrality” score we can better understand its ability to mitigate its own employee housing needs, which will help the community maintain its goal of housing 65 percent of the people who work in Teton County. The bad news is, Teton County currently only has nine units dedicated to use by its employees.
Looking beyond Sunday, Teton Pass and the Jackson Hole backcountry will offer plenty of skiing through the month of April with more than 120 inches of snow at 9,300 feet. - An Occupational Health and Safety report on the death of OARS West kayak guide Timothy Conant last summer will result in changes in the permitting process writes Angus Thuermer, whose story in WyoFile goes into great detail on the tragic events on Yellowstone Lake.
