  • NEW: Anglers Inn, which comprises four downtown lots a few blocks off the square near Miller Park. Includes 28 hotel rooms, 4 affordable units and a cabin. Listed by Lynx, LLC for $5.35 million.
  • NEW: Munger Mountain 4-bed unit just south of South Park Boat Ramp with 3,100+ square feet built in 1994 on three-quarters of an acre, listed by Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates for $1.25 million.
  • NEW: Gill Addition 4-bed, 5,130-square-foot home on .17 acres built in 2008, listed by Spring Creek Ranch Realty for $2.475 million.
  • NEW: Game Creek 6-bed, 4,400-square-foot home built in 2006 on 4.55 acres, listed by Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates for $2.2 million.
  • PENDING: Teton Pines 5-bed, nearly 6,000-square-foot home built in 1991 on about an acre after 289 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty for $4.85 million.
