- CLOSED: Tucker Ranch 7-bed, nearly 7,000-square-foot home on 7.91 acres after 83 days on market, list $9.45 million.
- CLOSED: East Jackson single-family, .17-acre building site, list $550,000.
- PRICE REDUCED: Hoback Ranches 4-bed home on 10.29 acres after 94 days on market, was $550,000 now $499,000.
