  • PENDING: After one week on market, a 3-bed, 1,378-square-foot single-family home in East Jackson listed for $625,000.
  • CLOSED: Teton Village townhouse built in 1982 with 4 beds, 2,400+ square feet after 392 days on market, listed for $950,000.
  • PRICE REDUCED: Building site just north of Jackson with 15+ acres, though most of it is very steep, down from $313,500 to $299,000 after 179 days.
