Ironically, but not surprisingly, the busier the real estate market and the more fascinating Jackson Hole real estate-related news there is, the harder it is to pass along that information through this site.
The Hotsheet has been filled with great new listings, timely price reductions and several sold and pending listings that have much to say about the clearly stabilizing Teton County market. Several online publications have recently published pertinent and timely articles directly related to Jackson Hole. In the last week, Sotheby’s in Jackson Hole has provided final numbers for 2009, and Realogy, our parent company just sent out its sales figures for 2009, which have much to say about the broader market.
Personally, I have been very busy showing property and doing in-depth research into several micro-markets for clients either in town or visiting in the coming weeks.
