Weather: Still high, dry. Rinse, repeat.

Jackson Hole news links:

  • Jarad Spackman, my colleague at Jackson Hole Sotheby’s, remembered by Rock and Ice as a top mountaineer that passed in 2013. RIP, Jarad. You are missed.
  • If you can ski like Tommy Moe, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort prefers you do not. Still safety month out there kids!
  • Wolf shot on private land surrounded by Grand Teton National Park. Legal or illegal? Kind of a gray area, apparently.
  • The first (cowboy) hat has been thrown into the ring for the race to see who will be the first new Town of Jackson mayor since 2003.
  • Grand Targhee voted the ninth most scenic resort in United States. Not sure how JHMR gets left off this list, but I guess you can’t win them all.

Today’s Teton real estate highlights:

  • NEW: Snow King slopeside home with 5 beds, 4,000+ square feet, $2.375 million.
  • PENDING: 2-bed Cottonwood Park townhouse listed for $395,000 and on market for 106 days.
  • CLOSED: Four-plex in Town of Jackson listed for $675,000, with annual rents of $47,100.
