Happy February, real estate news fans. What interesting items do we find on the first Teton County Multiple Listing Service Hot Sheet of the shortest (but sweetest!) month?
Highlights include:
- A NEW listing in Old Teton Village for a 4-bed, 3-bath, 3,016-square-foot, single-family home built in 1967. Listed at $2,750,000.
- A CLOSED listing in East Jackson that sold on Friday, ensuring January 2010 sales were at least 300 percent (!) ahead of January 2009 sales. The 3-bed, 3-bath, 2,598-square-foot, single-family home built in 1978 sold for $605,000 after 89 days on market and a 5 percent discount from original list price.
- A PRICE REDUCTION on a Teton Village condo. A 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,288-square-foot Teton Mountain Lodge unit is now $1,250,000, or $873 per square foot, after 81 days on the market, originally listed at $1,250,000.
