- NEW: Indian Paintbrush 4-bed home on 2.75 acres with mature raspberry patch, list $1.025 million.
- NEW: Granite Ridge in Teton Village 1-acre building site, list $3.3 million.
- PRICE REDUCTION: Stilson Ranch in Wilson 4-bed, 4,400-square-foot home on 1.49 acres built in 2002, was $3.25 million now $2.995 million after 66 days on market.
- PRICE REDUCTION: Funky 2-bed home built in 1968 just south of Wilson on Burcher Road, was $1.195 million now $1.025 million after 58 days on market.

- David Gonzales’ Grand Teton Triathlon – AKA “The Picnic” – gets a remarkable amount of attention in The Guardian. The story of the local endurance event that has participants bike from Town Square to Jenny Lake, swim the lake, climb the Grand Teton and then return to town in reverse is told by local (former?) writer Brigid Mander in this British publication.
- Speaking of cray cray athletic endeavors, the Iron Cowboy is in Jackson Hole today. This dude is doing 50 Ironman Triathlons in 50 days in 50 states, and is up to 48. Looks like the swim is at Teton County Parks and Recreation, the run on Highway 22 and the bike is to Grand Teton National Park.
- It’s that time of year when high alpine rescues and bison attacks are news staples. Always good reading though and this highly detailed account of a helicopter short-haul rescue from the Grand Teton is a good one.
- Pete Muldoon believes housing is Jackson Hole’s No. 1 issue, and this is why.
